Calendar & Email Access
Meet Sally asks for visibility into your calendar, but you can revoke our access to your calendar at any time. You are responsible for revoking access through your calendar provider. If you revoke access, we retain no information about your calendar in our system. Meet Sally is by design exposed to the emails Sally (or Sam) is explicitly copied on. The text of an email could be made visible to our artificial intelligence teams for data training and quality monitoring purposes. We DO NOT have access to your inbox. We do not sell your data in any form.
Your data is stored in our secured servers though it may be transferred by us to third parties to assist with providing you the services or to improve customer experience. Separately, we might share data with government agencies to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, acquisition, dissolution or similar event, we may transfer your personal information.
We use your data to schedule meetings for you. Some of the data, such as predicted intent, captured location, time and people is created and kept disconnected to the email data. These end up as “preferences” on your account which you can delete at any time. Finally, we use aggregated customer data to improve our service and to develop new ones. We will never contact your guests except as needed to schedule meetings you request.
We restrict access to personal information to Meet Sally employees, third-party contractors, and third-party agents who need to know that information in order to ensure quality processing of your requests.
